Terms of Use

1. Operator and business audience

PartAxiom is operated by JRD Lab, INC. in the Republic of Korea. The platform is intended for business and professional purchasing activity, not personal consumer shopping.

2. Account and permitted use

• Provide accurate company, contact, delivery, and request information.
• Keep account credentials secure and notify us if access may be compromised.
• Do not interfere with the platform, probe protected systems, or submit unlawful requests.

3. Catalog and sourcing information

Part Numbers, descriptions, cross-references, prices, images, and brand names support identification and commercial evaluation. A listing does not by itself guarantee fitment, stock, lead time, dispatch timing, origin, or final availability. The issued quotation version and related commercial documents control a transaction.

4. Requests, quotations, and orders

An RFQ or preliminary request is not an order. Immediate and reviewed quotations, order placement, TT payment, shipment, and refunds are addressed in the Sales Terms and Refund Policy. An issued quotation and its resulting Proforma Invoice are each valid for exactly seven calendar days from issuance.

5. Brands and intellectual property

Third-party names, Part Numbers, and marks are used for product identification. Their use does not imply authorization, affiliation, or endorsement unless PartAxiom states that relationship expressly and has verified it.
