Information is intended to create and secure accounts; identify parts; prepare and manage quotations and orders; coordinate payment and fulfillment; communicate with customers; prevent abuse; and meet applicable recordkeeping or legal duties.

3. Service providers and overseas processing

Approved hosting, database, email, storage, security, and delivery providers may process information only as configured for PartAxiom operations. The final Production notice must identify required processors, countries, transfer details, and statutory disclosures after the operating configuration and legal review are complete.

4. Retention

Information should be retained only for the operational, contractual, security, and legal periods that apply to it, then deleted or de-identified where appropriate. Exact category schedules are intentionally not stated in this draft and must be approved before Production publication.
